This beginning of the year marks a period of general increase in prices for most subscribers of the three national operators. Indeed, Orange, SFR and Bouygues Telecom have all three announced that they will compensate for the cost increases caused by the current economic context. The announcement had already reacted to those who have heard of it, but its realization is now visible to subscribers, who are increasingly seeing emails or inserts on their invoices warning them of additional costs. A bad surprise which can also be exacerbated by the low basic price of the package, if the increase of 1€ may seem low in terms of amount, it can represent a significant part of the package.

Others are subject to this increase but do not necessarily feel like changing operator, for the sake of the comfort of their customer experience.
My Orange open package which increases by 2€ due to the rise in energy prices, I have so much dough to spend 😭 . In truth, at Orange I never had any problem so it makes me cautious to go elsewhere. 🤷🏻♀️
