At the time of farm stays, farmers are still hesitating between their two suitors while others have made their choice.
Thierry, the farmer from Vaucluse, is quite a character. Already a candidate in 2015 – he had his heart broken by a contender for whom he had fallen for – he is back in the current season of “Love is in the meadow”. He chose two suitors: Sylviane, a retired nursing assistant from Toulouse and Remedios, a hairdresser at home in Provence.
In the episode broadcast on Monday evening, Thierry gave the two women a tour of the construction site of his house. A project he started in… 1996! Twenty-six years ago. The brick house carcass is still not out of water, nor out of air and does not yet have partitions. If Remedios sees itself already living there, Sylviane is more cautious given the large volume of work still to be done. But Thierry knows what he wants. A closed kitchen, not an American kitchen. “I am French, not American”. And he wants a bidet in his bathroom. “The washing-ass is important”.

In the evening, to please these ladies, Thierry decides to make lasagna. With a recipe of his own. Sheets of lasagna noodles, tomato coulis and sausage meat. A recipe that disgusts Remedios, fine cordon-bleu, who had come to the farm with his pressure cooker. During the meal, Thierry discusses more with Sylviane for whom he has a preference. Remedios has understood this well. Disappointed, she prefers to go to bed as soon as the meal is over.
Thierry, he hurt his leg. He just has a caregiver on hand. So he asks Sylviane to change his bandage. When she pours the betadine, Thierry grimaces. And he comes out with an unexpected sentence in the context: “Sylviane, you make me come. I’m not ashamed to tell you, you make me come”. Sylviane remains impassive and finishes treating Thierry.

In the evening, Thierry goes up to the room where Sylviane was already in bed and asks her what she thought of her day and her house under construction. William the Auvergne continues his stay on the farm with Tom, a stable manager and Maxime, a model maker in the textile industry. Tom seemed to score points by spending the morning in the kitchen and showing off at a ball of traditional dances, one of the 34-year-old farmer’s passions.
In Corsica, at Sébastien the pig breeder, the situation is very tense between the two contenders: Perrine from the North and Léa from Alsace. The threesome stay paralyzes Léa. A meal at the seaside restaurant turned into a settling of scores. Léa wanted to talk to Sébastien but the discussion lasted 1 hour outside. Unacceptable for Perrine. The next day, the tension subsided.
Jean-Paul, the 70-year-old winemaker from the Grand-Estwelcomes his suitors: Daivy, a 56-year-old Swiss woman who works in well-being and Valérie, a 57-year-old territorial civil servant whom he has known for ten years.
Alain, the 72-year-old Breton ex-pig farmer converted to equitourism, chose a lodge in the forest of Brocéliande to welcome Marie-Ange, a 61-year-old nurse’s aide retired from the Toulouse region and Catherine, a 67-year-old painter from Marseilles. The two contenders wanted to know the wooden cabin where Alain lives and they were charmed.
